We thought that the facilities were shabby around the pool area, the table by the pool was very unstable, the toilet was disgusting, unclean and no toilet paper. Our room was very tired and there was water on the floor near the toilet. We asked to be moved which was good as the room was we moved to was much nicer. The staff were wonderful , very helpful and cheerful.

I liked the location in that it was walking distance to a lot of eateries, shops & the beach. I feel the hotel requires renovations to keep pace with other hotels nearby. The breakfast buffet is limited. Pool towels are supposed to be available from 8am but on most mornings it wasn’t manned until at least 8.30/9am.

The gardens were beautiful and in constant upkeep, great location step out onto the beach and Seminyak shopping areas. Staff were amazing and always ready to help you. Would have liked a set of Draws in room so I could unpack my suitcase, However aircon was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff are terrific and approachable . We found that rubbish or cleaning of the rooms could of been better on some days . Love the location . Breakfast excellent . Always enjoy my time here .

Pool area was amazing. Location great. Leaking air con. Shabby rooms. Staff great. Buffet breakfast average. Shower crappy. Bed a little rough Otherwise pretty good on a discounted price. Would I stay again? Probably not

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
