This hotel needs a bit of upkeep. Pool needs a thorough clean, lots of green spots around the stairs and missing tiles. Showers and bath tubs also have water damage and mould/mildew build up. Also byo conditioner if you like to wash your hair. The good parts were the size of the rooms (gigantic). The location (beachfront). Good gym facility and spa also available. Breakfast buffet wasnt bad either but there are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to enjoy. Overall not bad, but could be better.

Great location, hotel has plenty of potential but the current state of the place needs a makeover. Plus new ideas involving the pool area need to be consider to create a more lively environment and use the location to its full potential.

Great location for us. Although, amenities very run down and bathrooms, plumbing, electrical not up to standard. Cleanliness of hotel, pool towels, gym were quite run down and many things need attention. Loved the staff, do welcoming from the moment of arrival.

Hotel needs lots of work. Our room a bit shabby. Tap didn't work in kitchen so no water. Air con leaked water. Shower taps & lights too hard to figure out. Nice view.

Nice hotel, close to beach & Finns beach club.

Pros: Relaxed Vibe. location.
Cons: Some of the facilities are starting to date, eg could do with a splash of paint & some pool tiles repaired, but looks like some of this was occurring.
Location: Canggu is great. Splash, Finns, Dues ex Machina, Old Man’s, Echo Beach etc. Short taxi or beach walk to Seminyak or Kuta.
Friendly staff, nice hotel & facilities. Short walk down beach to Finns
