The best part about his hotel was the pool and the cocktails, the rest was terrible. The hotel is so run down and literally falling apart. We booked the one bedroom suite with pool, which had plastic floating in it. We also had four floors above us, giving us no privacy in the pool (Which we didn’t use because of this). The room is advertised as having an in room safe, I called reception to ask where it was and they advised it had to be requested and they would bring one down, it never arrived. I requested the safe again directly at reception, it never arrived. The wardrobe door was broken and didn’t open/close. The couch smelt. The shower had grime that lifted when you had a shower. The bathroom bin was broken. Bathrobes and slippers were supposed to be included - the pair of rubber thongs supplied had been worn and there were no bathrobes. We arranged for washing to be done and handed it to reception, house keeping came to collect and pulled all my undergarments out into the coffee table in the reception foyer to count, I was mortified! BUT the main infinity pool and outdoor area was amazing, the cocktails were delicious and the breakfast restaurant had a huge variety of food with great attentive staff. I would not stay here again and will not be recommending this hotel for a stay. It would highly recommend the beach club.

Hotel was really run down and the overall cleanliness was poor. Hotel lobby looked tired and grubby. Our room was huge, but was tired and old. Toilet kept having issues and wouldn’t stop running, showers were also cold. Buffet breakfast was lack lustre. As it rates itself 5 stars, it definetely is not and doesn’t compare even close to other hotels with the same rating and price range nearby We booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1. However they did waive our room service bill because of our overall dissatisfaction, so that was a bonus.

This hotel needs a bit of upkeep. Pool needs a thorough clean, lots of green spots around the stairs and missing tiles. Showers and bath tubs also have water damage and mould/mildew build up. Also byo conditioner if you like to wash your hair. The good parts were the size of the rooms (gigantic). The location (beachfront). Good gym facility and spa also available. Breakfast buffet wasnt bad either but there are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to enjoy. Overall not bad, but could be better.

Great location, hotel has plenty of potential but the current state of the place needs a makeover. Plus new ideas involving the pool area need to be consider to create a more lively environment and use the location to its full potential.

Great location for us. Although, amenities very run down and bathrooms, plumbing, electrical not up to standard. Cleanliness of hotel, pool towels, gym were quite run down and many things need attention. Loved the staff, do welcoming from the moment of arrival.

Nice hotel big rooms but too far away from the action. The food is very basic with the same menu for lunch and dinner. The food was nothing like they were showing on the screen at the reception.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
