Our stay has been wonderful, the property is currently doing some renovations of rooms but this didn’t cause us any issues. Breakfast is great, so many options and the kids loved the pool.

Legian Beach Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and great food. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

Appalling stay there. Front reception staff so rude. Months prior requested 3 rooms on same level only to have one in shocking room. On day of check out, painters were in our room before we had left when we came back from breakfast. I had a bad electrical zap from the main PowerPoint - staff did not care nor see the urgency. Buffet breakfast constantly running out of food, staff unwilling to help. Poolside cocktails in adult bar disgusting, literally like petrol. Will never stay there again and have warned so many people of this accom on the travel pages. Staff were made aware of the issues immediately and a pathetic sorry is all that was said. I had to have 2 days off work unpin return due to pain in arm from the shock
