We had a couple of issues with the property. Lots of insects and bugs in the room. However, the staff was very nice and sprayed the room. On day 3, we had a leaking roof in the room which was fixed at 1 am at night. Karen was amazing and helpful in finding another room for us. Apart from the initial hiccups the stay was overall pleasant.

Ambience @ Hilton Nusa Dua is perfect for a short getaway. Excellent customer service. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Santika, Putu, Dedi are some of the the excellent staff who engage with the hotel guests. Highly recommended.

We loved the pools, the beach and the waterslide was a hit. There was little choice though for dinning particularly with seven year olds. It was also expensive to eat there as a family and some sort of child meal deals would be good.

We love the setup especially outdoor facilities like swimming pools,volleyball court ,kids swimming pool and the kids club .the beach Wes ok but there was lost of rubbish and plastic which is the shame Service was ok but not as 5star rating we had to wait to find someone to order food and drink and a long wait on the breakfast buffet for eggs and omelette and no changes to the menu The restaurant menu is very limited and over priced Massage is very expensive nearly 10 times more expensive compact to Kuta and also not too much of music or entertainment in the hotel Overall we had a good time there
