Nice property, however staff seemed very uninterested most of the time, no staff on reception when we arrived, no welcome drink (as advertised). No assistance with luggage from room when we left, even though 4 staff were at reception watching me bringing my own luggage via several trips.

Friendly staff and goid privacy

It was great location to go beach side or shopping area and staff was friendly and its villa and we wants to have our own privacy and this place was best for that. I will recommend to my other friends thank you for your hosting and hope to visit here again.

Private and Quiet

Pros: Private, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Central location, close to shopping and restaurants. The only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathrooms was non-existent. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The bath was massive but impossible to get enough water into it within a reasonable time, both because of the water pressure and no hot water.

Nice hotel with really nice staff

The villa is fantastic with clean private pool and really beautiful garden.The suite is big and clean, also nice tube with private pool view. The only thing not good is the shower tap is broken. It take about 20 minutes walking to the beach and many restaurants and spa around. Staffs here are really friendly and polite, all of them treat you really nice and speak softly to you. Love the experience here

Great Location

Beautiful villa, great location and lovely staff. The villa was like a private paradise, very quiet yet still close to the action. Only a five minute walk to "Eat street", and great restaurant (Happy Chappy's) across the road. Great internet connection, breakfast was nice, and I found the shower pressure good. I would come back and recommend it to others.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
