Excellent experience with amazingly kind and helpful staff! Only thing I can say bad about this place (and most of Bali really) is that being a non smoker and having people smoking at dinner and blowing it on you really does ruin your meal.

Bliss Hotel - the name says it all!
This is a lovely hotel inn relaxed surfer style.
The Lagoon rooms we had with pool access are really excellent.
The staff are mostly people who've been there a while and are wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
The on-site massage was very good and only a little dearer than the street price.
Friday night there was a noisy party that kept us awake, but hardly the fault of the hotel and pie only niggle.

Booked triple room which was mean to contain a double and a single, arrived and there was no single, asked for the lounge to be made up, no problem, every day we had to ask for a third towel as they would only ever leave 2 even though there were 3 booked in the room, asked for an ashtray on the first night for our balcony, told it woulf sent straight up, checked out after 5nts and still hadn't been delivered.
One afternoon had to leave due to planned fumigation outdoors, no problem then another note arrived to say the entire restaurant and outdoor space was unavailable that night due to private function from 8-10.30 that meant the only communal space was lobby, came to sit around the outdoor seats at 11pm only to find still unavailable due to private function.

Hotel located close to shopping
We stayed here because of the closeness to the shopping in Legian Street. Breakfast was included and satisfied kids and adults.

Old - Rooms Dark but Great Staff
Pros:Pool Lagoon Room
Cons:More Atomsphere required.
Location:On a One Way street so can be a mission to get to hotel if you are driving or getting a Taxi.
Location is a bit of the way out on a one way street. Our rooms were quite dark with lighting not so good. No atmosphere at hotel. Pool quite small but great for kids. Breakfasts were nice ( They have bacon but need to ask ). Meals were nice at restaurant. Spa & Massage rooms were nice and clean. i recommend booking the Pool Lagoon rooms which have direct access to the Pool with a sitting area which is great. Airport Pick Up service was great and well priced.
