Great location near Ubud town.
Very efficient staff and friendly.
Very spacious and clean rooms
Nice pool and poolside bar.
Breakfast is only area needing improvement- more hot dishes ie grilled tomatoes, bacon and mushrooms
I would definitely staff there again !

We really enjoyed our stay with the Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. They upgraded us and the room was amazing and the pool was even better. The staff had very good English and would help us with all we needed to know. The breakfast was good and in a nice location of the resort. The lady that works in the pool bar in particular was so attentive and kind. Was in a good location we found it easier to walk into town rather then getting a shuttle bus as it was a 15 minutes or less walk. We will definitely be staying back here again.

I went here with my 2 boys 10 and 13 we really enjoyed our stay it’s in a more rural setting than in the city bustle the room was great and staff fantastic they made us feel really welcome we will definitely be returning.

Ubud hotel in great location
Pros:Location was great. Shuttle bus excellent. Very clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent food/restaurant.
Cons:Hotel does need to ensure taxi service they provide is suitable for the guests needs.
Location:Central walking distance to Ubud. Close to rice paddies and great scenery. Lots cafes, restaurants, markets on main street in Ubud.
We stayed at this hotel for seven days. Great location, we walked around and saw lots of rice paddies, ducks and village life. Hotel is close enough to walk down to the main street where the market and lots of cafes, restaurants are. Also hotel does have a free shuttle bus that goes down several times a day and back again. Easy to use, you just book at the reception. We often walked down, had dinner and got the bus back up after dinner. Hotel supplied free afternoon teas every day between 4 and 5pm, these were really good, tea, coffee and a selection of little cake or savouries. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from and plenty of it. Staff were friendly. Our room was very clean, bathroom very clean, shower with lots of hot water. Two swimming pools. Also hotel supplied two large bottles of free water daily. Overall a very good stay and I would stay here again if visiting Ubud.
Only negative experience was, the hotel offered tours, so we booked a taxi for a tour through the hotel. Hotel assured us driver spoke good English. But driver spoke virtually no English. The day was a disappointment, with no information from driver, we really had no idea of where we were or what anything meant. Next time we would book taxi on the street, talk to the driver first.
But overall Hotel very good, very clean and good value for money.
