SMELLY! We arrived and was put into a room that stank of mould and mildew. We complained and were offered another room which smelt better as it was obviously sprayed with room freshner. It smelt all good for ten minutes then stank of mildew again. Suspecting that all the rooms smelt like that we asked for a refund on health grounds and we were declined. No way would i subject my family to respiratory problems. We had to leave and book another hotel at extra cost. The room was also very dirty and the walls and ceilings stained, toilet and seat stained also. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will be disappointed.

Really nice staff but so much is lacking about this hotel. Our room was overwhelmingly smelly of mould & there was no way to receive fresh air except to leave the door open. The worst part was the noise. Sound transferred badly into our room. People made lots of noise all night. We left exhausted. Also really frustrating not having a drying rack to use after pool use. Every other hotel in Bali seems to have these. Really good proximity to Waterbom but Kuta beach is a long way from this hotel.

Due to Covid 19 my trip was cancelled. All other hotels gave me refunds but not this one. I have sent numerous emails to Wotif who do not even reply back. I am extremely disappointed.

Where do I start. There were no inclusions from this hotel. No free airport transfer one way which other hotels offer. Internet is non existent in rooms. Had to sit outside to get internet and it doesn’t work in restaurant at breakfast. Toiletries were missing and weren’t replaced. Staff friendly enough but when I asked reception for bed sheets they never came. They ran out of spring rolls at breakfast and when we asked for more we were told we would have to pay for them. Happy hour is pathetic. It’s 20% off. The only positive is the pool. There are other nicer hotels to choose from that offer lots of inclusions

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone breakfast was average and staff are rude at one point where they ran out of spring rolls they asked me do I want more I said yes and ask me to pay for them so rude . Rooms were tired and old baths towels were shocking grey looking and rats running around at night outside disgusting

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
