Процессы пока не "отшлифованы", но вообще хорошо.
Начну с минусов. Гостиницу уже построили и ввели в эксплуатацию, а табличку с ее названием внизу на дороге поставить не удосужились. А она там ой как нужна, ибо гостиница находится не в том месте чтобы просто найти ее по навигатору. Мы потратили лишних минут сорок "рассекая" по Бикуриани и спрашивая дорогу прохожих и менеджеров других гостиниц. Нас пытались заселить в номер классом ниже чем мы резервировали, пришлось тратить время и на то чтобы выяснить почему их система выдает такую информацию. Потом не срабатывал электронный ключ пока нам его не поменяли. Потом лифт замигал всеми кнопками и начал жить своей жизнью, возя нас на неправильный этаж.... В гостиной номера было бы неплохо поставить диванчик НА ДВУХ человек, а то как то неудобно сидеть в двоем друг на друге на одноместном кресле смотря телевизор... Гостиница новая, многие процессы еще не "отшлифованы", поэтому на мою оценку вышеперечисленные казусы не повлияли. Теперь о плюсах. Отзывчивый персонал включая менеджера отеля. Сделали все возможное чтобы оперативно исправить все всплывающие форс-мажоры и снабдили нас всем необходимым. В нашем номере была очень удобная кровать из которой не хотелось вылезать и очень удобный душ, из которого также вылезать не хотелось... Еще здорово запомнилась отличная температура в бассейне в котором нам предложили поплавать...такой теплой воды в бассейнах такого размера мне еще не встречалось! В общем по этим пунктам 5+
