Very comfortable hotel in great location.

The G hotel is a very classy hotel with large comfortable rooms and extremely friendly staff. Check in and out was very fast and I was even given a "breakfast box" when checking out very early before coffee shop or excutive lounge were open. It is also in a great location with two large shopping centres less than mintutes away. Also lots of bars, restaurant s and even a great hawkers food market right next door. I stayed there for 8 days and never had a problem with my room cleanliness and the bathroom supplies were of a high quality. Pool area was very very clean, lobby bar and door staff were extremely good and friendly and greeted me warmly each time I entered or had drinks in the lobby. If I had one criticism to make it would be that the executive lounge is a little small and the breakfast wasn't rotated at all for the 8 days I stayed and having the same thing for breakfast got a little boring. Apart from that a five star experience and I will 100% be returning to the G Hotel on my next visit to Penang.

Staff are friendly and always greet you

Pros: Close to shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially those at the main entrance, as I am on walking stick they would reach out their hands.
Cons: Have a strong bar on one side for elderly to hold while going up the steps.
Location: Good location, but at time it is jam in traffic
Stay in the suit enjoy the the lounge when you have guest visiting you with little food for your guest is very appreciating. Staff are friendly. Love the place can stay in without going out. Keep it up.

Best hotel in Georgetown, Penang

Pros: Great gym view Great spa selection Great food and catering Well resourced and great facilities
Perfect conference hotel with fantastic catered food, facilities (beautiful swimming pool, amazing gym and view, great spa selection, large selection buffet breakfast, great proximity to the mall and beach).

Great location wonderful staff

Lovely spacious room. Great service. Make sure you try the gravity bar at the sister hotel. Overall a wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price
