No warning that water was to be turned off. No water for 20 hours. Had to use public toilets. No shower until it came back on. No staff available most of the time. Don't answer phone when you ring. Door locks automatically so if you accidentally lock yourself out it's hard to get hold of staff. Only a hot car park to sit outside. Smokers in close proximity on either side of our room.

We didn't like that you had to go to a different hotel to pick up the keys and check in. The air conditioner wasn't working and no one answered the phone. We were unable to contact the staff or Manager as she was trying to run two Motels so was not available. The good side was that it was clean and tidy but if you wanted to sit outside there was only the carpark and it wasn't very pleasant as smokers and ash trays were outside each room so not easy to get away from the smoke.

Thank you for your review.I'm sorry your stay was not pleasant, I did return your call and even went to your room, but you were not there at the time I tried to visit you.Will take into account that i need to create a smokers area away from the doors of the rooms for the non smoking guest.Please come again and stay in the future
