The sixth floor restaurant on our final evening was a disaster. The Wine as listed,for which we waited 15 minutes,
come before we were told it was unavailable.We asked if lobster on the menu was available and assured it was. We waited twenty minutes before being told it was not as well as the mushroom dish on the menu.Apart from the starter the rest of the meal was inedible as it lacked presentation and was overcooked.
The dessert was availble on a table and one had to fetch it ourselves,we declined.
Finally we asked for a Macallan whiskey and we were told it had run out of stock.
I asked the staff of the restaurant manager to come but he never arrived and hence I went to reception and spoke to the Hotel management. They then refunded part of the meal and aplogised profusely.
