It's simply stunning

Pros: Online
Cons: Better sun blockout in the mornings, facing East it is subject to very bright early starts.
Location: Viaduct Harbour is a must see and do
The views over a glistening harbour are amazing. The bustle of ferries, and the vibrancy if Auckland explode at your doorstep. Yet close the door, and your private parlour becomes tranquil & quaint. Spectacular views, matched by exceptional staff attention, makes Hilton Auckland a must do once you get to Auckland

Staff were lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. From the valet parking to concierge to guest reception to quick and efficient checkout. The room had fantastic views over the harbour where you could sit on your deck with a wine and watch the ferries come and go. The bed and pillows were like feather soft pods allowing you to sleep in amazing comfort. This all made for a great weekend experience.

Price paid for the room was high relative to the standard of it. Grouting in the bathroom a bit grubby in places, mirror worn in areas. Ho hum.

Close to Viaduct, Wynyard Quarter & Queen St

Location: close to most of Auckland's downtown amenities includng the Viaduct precinct, Wynyard Quarter and Queen St
We were attending an event at Spark Arena and this was a handy hotel close to most of Auckland's downtown amenities. The Hilton is a very modern & upmarket hotel. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They are more than happy to help. The room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones although some items are only available from the menu for an extra charge e.g. pancakes. We would certainly stay here again.

Everything top notch !

Pros: I loved the views from my corner room, the lights at night were special as I lay in my bed. The bubble bath and snuggling up in the robe, wow.
Cons: Absolutely nothing needs improving.
Location: Awesome location, close to the city and being at the end of Princes wharf, commands the best views of Devonport, Rangitoto, ferry, sky tower.
I loved everything about my stay in your hotel. I had a weekend to myself, no hassles and a touch of luxury was what I wanted and got in bucket loads. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. We had tea at Fish restaurant to celebrate a friends milestone birthday, the food was super delicious and interesting, well presented too.
