The first receptionist we had was quite rude and didn't explain things properly. This caused us to lose around $80 towards parking and a food voucher that was promised but not received. However, the food was very nice, the facilities were quite cool and the room was quite comfortable.

Lovely character hotel with awesome facilities

Had a lovely weekend break; the location is central, the staff were extra friendly and the facilities were awesome. The free breakfast at Hectors restaurant was also a super bonus offer. Just a tip for overnight parking, draw on Wilson’s parking for $15 located right next door to Heritage - only drawback is you’d need to get your vehicle by 6am the next morning. Thanks Heritage - will be back next time.

One night stay in Auckland when most other CBD hotels were booked out. I didn't realise there were two hotels in the Heritage. I went to the wrong reception and had to walk quite a long way to the Tower lifts. It is a sprawling, aging place which didn't appeal to me. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. No problems there other than looking dated. It's close to the CBD but not in a very attractive location. I only stayed there because the rate was good compared to everywhere else on a busy Auckland events day. Price would be the only reason I'd return.

The Best of plenty ‘a weekend away’

Early and expedited Check In. A mid morning call to confirm the booking....on the day of the Booking. The elegance of professional and profound service most often will be detected and reflected upon within just a few seconds of making the initial contact with a person and or their business. I had this feeling that the lovely lady that I first spoke to The Heritage Towers Auckland was both genuine and a tuned to providing that sense of classiness that often gets neglected or forgotten about when in all honesty everyone knows that it’s the first impression that counts. So began a glorious journey “my wife’s 30th Birthday party and subsequent rest for the following two days that honestly to us felt like the perfect and meticulous grand finale to a well ‘for want of a better word’ meticulously well planned and executed celebration quite unlike I have ever attended before. We were so utterly impressed and conveniently relaxed with the Luxurious Pleasure that was bestowed upon us during our stay. Thank you sooo much to all of the Team at the Heritage - you all participated in an epic journey that eclipsed all of our other stays in the Auckland CBD over the last 9 years. To my first Impression - Angela your advice and enthusiasm catapulted me and subsequently my darling wife Josephine into one of the best occasions we have ever had inside our Beautiful City. And with the expert touch of professionalism from Naoko upon our exit I say with the utmost sincerity Arigatou Gozaimasu.
