Beautiful & quiet location 5 miles from the Watts Bar Lake, 4 miles from the Mountain View Race track and 22 minutes from Chickamauga Launch. Secluded on a long private drive.

Watts Bar Fishing Tourney
We stayed for a week with 2 fishing teams. Checking in was easy, Matt was accommodating and friendly, parking was perfect for 2 bass boats, quiet place to relax after being on the water all day, house was exactly as advertised and clean.

Great stay in Spring City!
We loved our stay here! The surrounding property is beautiful and relaxing. Accommodations are clean, the beds comfortable and the AC kicks! Great value for the money. The best part about our stay was how welcoming and friendly the host is. He made every effort for us to have the best experience, whether that be by giving us our privacy, or sitting around at the end of the day having a few drinks! We felt genuinely like we belonged. A wonderful time!

Quiet!
We were in town for a fishing tournament. Location was only 10 minutes from the ramp and plenty of parking for us. Homeowner is close by and checked in periodically to be sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable and the a/c was cold. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great family accomodations
The Maggy Lane guesthouse was perfect for my family. With four bedrooms, each with TV and internet, it was a great place for my husband and I to meet up with our grown children. It is close to my parents, so we had a great visit with them but were able to return to the guesthouse at night and spread out. We especially enjoyed the firepit. It was perfect.

Perfect Getaway!
Great set up for a get away. Covered porch and plenty of chairs. Inside great lounging space, outfitted kitchen and comfortable bed. Nice decor all around. The only discrepancy was an RV temporarily parked partially obstructing the view. A back patio would make this property perfect!

Great place for bass anglers
The property owner Matt is great. This is perfect place to stay with a group of anglers to fish Watts Bar or Chickamauga. Plenty of room to park a couple of bass boats. Circle drive makes it easy to get in and out of. The rental property is clean and has all amenities needed for a great quiet stay. Matt even has a fire pit and provides fire wood for kicking back and chilling. 4 bedrooms sleeps up to 4 comfortably. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Chickamauga.

Would give it 5 stars ++
Matt and his wife were Super Super Hosts. This was a working vacation. With our stay with this Host we were able to complete our work and have a relaxing evening by the firepit. Matt checked with us on a regular basis to see that all of our needs were met. I cannot say enough to express our appreciation and comfort level of our stay here. If you decide to stay in the area....you will never regret it. Thanks Matt
