The property was in a good location with a rooftop pool .in fact the pool was the only redeeming feature .I spent 15 days here.should of been 16 but on check in I was told I would be spending my first night at another Hotel.shower was absolutely useless.I had complained on several occasions but really nobody seemed to care about my inability to shower.in fact they seemed to treat me like a joke!

When we arrived the hotel, they couldnt find our booking, but after a long time discussing we finaly got a room. The room had no working aircondition, the floors was dirty, the door couldnt be locked, no towels, no sope and no hot water!! When I turned on the shower, water was splashing out of the roof!!!Everything was so simple and discusting, we left early the next morning and booked an other hotel. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at, stay away!!

Centralt något slitet lägenhetshotell
Andra gången jag bokade detta hotell och samma problem igen. Hotellet överbokat och vi blev skjutsade till ett hotell på andra sidan Alanya för första natten. När vi sen kommer tillbaka dagen efter på utsatt tid är rummet inte klart. Förhandlade till mig ac utan kostnad för resten av veckan.

Beliggenheten er super, mer sentralt blir det ikke. Men litt tull rundt bookingen. Når vi kom var ikke bookingen mottatt og vi måtte overnatte på søsterhotell en natt. I tillegg ble det trukket dobbelt opp for oppholdet på kredittkort. Ble ordnet opp i på en forsåvidt grei måte. Dette skjedde også ved forrige opphold i sommer, og er veldig usikker på om vi kommer tilbake til dette hotellet. Rengjøringspersonalet er supre, og han ene i resepsjonen var også veldig hyggelig.

Hotelet er sentralt ,men med dører som på et toalett .Renholds damer som jobbet bra - vel så har de internett der .Men et nabolag som ikke er passende for meg .Noe som trakk vold somt ned .Et skittent dyrt HAMAM som de solgte fra Hotelets resepsjon ,og hadde reklame for .Et sted jeg ikke ville satt mine ben blandt annet .De har ingen frokost ordning . ( Jeg skjønner ikke at det kan tilbys ved bestilling )- ingen vannkoker ,og sløvt personale ellers .Bestilte vekking 2 ganger , som ble meg lovet .Men ingen ringte for vekking .Til en lavere pris så kan man leve med dette kanskje .Men i høysesongen STYR laaaangt unna dette hotelet !
