It was on the second floor overlooking the lakes edge. Great for sunsets. Starfish, clams and fish in the water. I did see a tour boat. It would be great for the Liv Golf event or to watch the weekend Rowing.

It was an overnight stop over with our flight arriving 10.00pm. Relatively easy to get too from the airport. Staff where friendly and helpful. The location on the lake very nice and the dining room overlooking the lake equally as nice. Our stay was very brief and did not get opportunity to use and enjoy the facilities on offer. Would definitely stay again based on our experience.

This place is extremely well run. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is beautiful and the rooms are a good size, very clean, well laid out with plenty of powerpoints in the right places, comfortable bed and nice shower. Can not fault my stay in any way.

Excellent friendly staff from the moment we walked in the front door, sports b for a drink and room service dinner. The next morning lovely breakfast, with a view and friendly staff.
