The hotel consists of five huge apartment buildings. I had booked an aprtment for 17 nights and was first shown a room without any facilities. I flatly refused and was shown two flats. They were good size apartments but very poorly furnished. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. The bed was the only bright spot, comfortable and clean. Free wifi in the lobby available and the staff was friendly and helpful. Two blocks away is a 5 star hotel that offered almost the same rate as this place so I cancelled my booking at Al Massa and moved there.
