Loved everything, the staff are welcoming and overall white glove service. However, it might get a little too much for some of us; house keeping is quite insistent on the turn down services that we’re not used to getting. If you do not wish to be disturbed in the evening you have to put out the do not disturb sign. The house keeper upon discovering that a guest is in the room and in bed should quietly apologize and exit the room, she did not, she attempted to try to explain herself and justify her actions, further disturbing the guest, which is a no no.
