When my kids and I arrived our room was not up to standard. I must say, that Kim at the front desk was amazing. She made us feel seen, welcome and addressed our issues and made our stay one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. I'm a single mom who travels with my kids so having kind hotel staff who understand is wonderful. Kim was just great! The room we ended up in was good and overall had a very positive experience. Your breakfast buffet was THE BEST! We will be bakc when we come to visit family again.

The hotel itself was quite good - clean, well-maintained, good breakfast (was a buffet on the day we were there). Pool was also good. The only problem was rowdy guests being loud when we were trying to sleep. But that's not really the hotel's fault.
