This is a fabulous place to stay. Peaceful, picturesque, idyllic. Tina, a member of staff at this Inn is very professional, courteous, respectful and friendly as was the manager. The food is excellent as is the selection of fine local whiskies. Photo opportunities abound.

COSY INN WITH EXCELLENT FOOD

Pros: Everything, especially the view.
Cons:
Location: Right on the waterfront, with parking right at the hotel. Dear little village to wander around and enjoy the stunning scenery.
Tastefully decorated rooms, congratulations to the interior designer - loved the 'Tweed' curtains and bed cushions - simple and elegant. Fast WiFi too. Dinner was outstanding - I had the King scallops for starters then wild guinea fowl for main. Hubby enjoyed the mussels in white wine sauce, and he too ordered the guinea fowl. We love our food adventures, and this was one of the best!!

I think you have us mixed up with someone else. We don't have tweed curtains or tweed bed cushions. We don't have mussels on the menu at present and we are not the sort of place that would serve Guinea Fowl. Happy to hear you had a good time somewhere though!!

Amazing location

Pros: Location, friendly service.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Drive to Mallaig to catch ferry to Skye. Train from Fort William to Mallaig
Did not realise exact location, very pleased to arrive by ferry and straight into carpark. Well situated to start next leg of journey, which was drive to Mallaig to catch ferry to Skye.
