Accommodation

Want to make an accommodation booking but having trouble figuring out how? Follow these steps and you’ll be checking in to your hotel in no time.

  • Step 1. Go to our home page, www.wotif.com.
  • Step 2. Select the ‘Accommodation’ tab at the top of the home page.
  • Step 3. Select the country you want to find accommodation in.
  • Step 4. Select a destination within that country.
  • Step 5. Click 'Go' to search for available accommodation options. Note: There are advanced search options available if you would like to narrow your search.
  • Step 6. Take your time comparing the different accommodation options and when you’ve found one you like, select it by clicking 'Next'.
  • Step 7. Select the type of room you wish to book and click ‘Book’.

Now that you’re on the ‘Book & pay securely’ page, follow the step-by-step guide to processing your booking.

  • Step 1. Select the number of rooms you would like to book, then select the number of guests that will be staying in that room. Be sure to include both adults and children. If available, select the bedding configuration you would prefer in the room.
  • Step 2. Select the dates you would like to stay by ticking the boxes available.
  • Step 3. Enter the name of the person checking in to the accommodation, your email address, phone number and estimated time of arrival.
  • Step 4. Enter your credit card details for payment.
  • Step 5. Do a quick double check of the information you’ve entered and that all spelling is correct.
  • Step 6. Once you’re happy with the booking, click the 'Pay Now' button to process your booking via our secure payment system.

Once your credit card details have been processed, a booking confirmation page will be displayed. Although we will send you a booking confirmation email, we recommend writing down the confirmation number or printing this page for your records. A confirmation of your booking will be automatically sent to the accommodation provider as well as to the email account you specified in the booking process.

Payment methods The credit cards accepted vary between different countries. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Diners Club, Switch and Delta cards. Credit card details are protected by 128-bit encryption. You can refer to our Security Policy for more information on how we protect your details. Please note some credit cards attract higher transaction fees.

Cancellations and changes Please choose your accommodation deal carefully as administration charges apply to all booking changes and cancellations. Some properties apply non-refundable and non-changeable booking conditions. You will be advised of these and other conditions before you complete your booking. Flights

Want to make a flight booking but having trouble figuring out how? Follow these steps and you’ll be sky high in no time.

  • Step 1. Go to our home page, www.wotif.com.
  • Step 2. Select the ‘Flights’ tab at the top of the home page.
  • Step 3. Select whether you’d like a one way or return flight.
  • Step 4. Enter the city you are leaving from and the one you’re going to.
  • Step 5. Select the dates you wish to fly, by clicking the calendar icon inside the dates bar.
  • Step 6. Select which flight class you’d like to book for.
  • Step 7. Select the number of passengers you need.
  • Step 8. Click the ‘Find flights’ button.
  • Step 9. Take your time comparing the different flight options.
  • For domestic bookings: select the flight by clicking the green plane bar and select the fare type. For international bookings: select return fares by using the outbound and return tabs above the booking calendar while making note of the stops along the way. Return flight options will be dependent on the outbound airline. Note: make sure you select which luggage option best suits you.
  • Step 10. Once your flights are selected, click ‘Book it’.
  • Step 11. Confirm the flight details listed are the correct details.
  • Step 12. Enter the details of the passenger(s) who will by flying. Be sure to enter all details marked with asterisks (*).
  • Step 13. Enter your credit card details for payment.
  • Step 14. Do a quick double check of the information you’ve entered and that all spelling is correct.
  • Step 15. Once you’re happy with the booking, click the ‘Book it’ button to process your booking via our secure payment system.

Holiday rentals

Want to make a holiday rental booking but having trouble figuring out how? Follow these steps and you’ll be holidaying in no time.

  • Step 1. Go to our home page, www.wotif.com.
  • Step 2. Select the ‘Holiday rentals’ tab at the top of the home page.
  • Step 3. Select the country you want to find a holiday rental in.
  • Step 4. Select a destination within that country.
  • Step 5. Click 'Go' to search for available holiday rentals options. Note: There are advanced search options available on the next page if you would like to narrow your search.
  • Step 6. Take your time comparing the different holiday rental options and when you’ve found one you like, select it by clicking on the property name.
  • The ‘Rates’ section of a holiday rental listing will show you the deals on offer (displaying the lowest ‘from’ price) and when they’re available to book.
  • Step 7. Select the number of adults and children travelling in the ‘Rates’ section.
  • Step 8. Select the dates you’d like to stay by clicking the calendar icon in the ‘Arrival’ and ‘Departure’ fields then click ‘Get Quote’.
  • Step 9. Choose which deal you’d like to book and click ‘Book’.

Now that you’re on the booking page, follow the step-by-step guide to processing your booking.

  • Step 1. Read the terms and conditions, bond details and payment details supplied by the holiday rental provider then tick the checkboxes to confirm you have read and agree to the terms.
  • Step 2. Select your estimated time of arrival.
  • Step 3. Enter the name of the person checking in to the holiday rental, your phone number and email address.
  • Step 4. Enter your credit card details for payment of the deposit.
  • Step 5. Do a quick double check of the information you’ve entered and that all spelling is correct.
  • Step 6. Once you’re happy with the booking, click the 'Pay Now' button to process your booking via our secure payment system.

  • Step 4. Select the dates you’d like to depart and return.
  • Step 5. Select the number of guests you’re booking for (adults and children).
  • Step 6. Click the ‘Search’ button.

Now that you’re on the booking page, follow the step-by-step guide to processing your booking.

  • Step 1. Select the hotel you’d like to stay at.

  • Step 3. When you’re ready to make your booking, click ‘Book Now’.

  • Step 6. Enter the details of the primary contact for the booking.
  • Step 7. Enter your billing details and credit card details for payment.
  • Step 8. Do a quick double check of the information you’ve entered (dates, names and contact information) and make sure that all spelling is correct.
  • Step 9. Once you’re happy with the booking, click the 'Pay Now' button to process your booking via our secure payment system.

Lion King packages

Want to make a package booking but having trouble figuring out how? Follow these steps and you’ll be packing in no time.

  • Step 1. Go to our home page, www.wotif.com.
  • Step 2. Select the ‘Packages’ tab at the top of the home page or click on the Lion King banner on the home page.
  • Step 3. If you chose to select the “Packages” tab at the top of the home page then you must select the Lion King tab on the Packages landing page.
  • Step 4. Select which city you’re leaving from.
  • Step 54. Select the dates you’d like to depart and return.
  • Step 5. Select the number of guests you’re booking for (adults and children).
  • Step 6. Click the ‘Search’ button.

Now that you’re on the booking page, follow the step-by-step guide to processing your booking.

  • Step 1. Select the theatre tickets you’d like to book. Click on a date to display the performances available for that day. The seating map will highlight which row you’ll be sitting in. Ticketmaster will email you your exact seat numbers within two business days of your booking being made.
  • Step 2. Select the hotel you’d like to stay at.
  • Step 3. Select your flights.
  • Note: we recommend you choose a flight that arrives in Sydney at least 5 hours before your chosen performance of The Lion King, and a return flight that leaves Sydney at least 8 hours after your chosen performance.
  • Step 4. When you’re ready to make your booking, click ‘Book Now’.
  • Step 5. Enter the details of the passenger(s) who will by flying.
  • Step 6. Select your estimated time of arrival at the hotel and the bedding configuration you’d like.
  • Step 7. Enter the details of the primary contact for the booking.
