- The location being so close to everything. Didn't need the car all weekend.
- A bit noisy at times as was a very busy weekend (Easter) but no real problem.
- Grounds and pool areas very well looked after. Few repairs needed in Unit but to be expected because of the age of Unit. Furniture very comfortable.

- One of the lifts was not working for a day. Took 10-15 minutes to get to the ground floor

- View from Ocean View apartment was superb. The staff were incredibly helpful. The location is fantastic - 1min walk to Cavill Av & places to eat.
- Apartment a little dated, bathroom mouldy with no ventilation.
- A reasonably priced apartment in a superb location.
