Take a tour of the Mt Lyell Copper Mine founded in 1896, or ride the restored rack and pinion West Coast Wilderness Railway through pristine wilderness from the Queenstown Railway station to historic Strahan.
Experience the legendary Gordon River with a day cruise from Strahan. A visit to the Gallery Museum will reveal the history of this fascinating region.

- Dinner first night - premium price for a burnt piece of meat (if that's what it was). Couldn't eat it - shouldn't have been served.
- Dinner the second night was actually good. Didn't intend to eat there again but was talked into it by a colleague.
Hi My Jonsson, we apolagise if you did not like the Plain Beef Schnitzel that you ordered for room service your first night.. We can't fix or replace meals if guest don't actually report it on the night. Also please note that room service meals are always more expensive that in Restaurants. We are glad you enjoyed your 2nd nights meal in the Restaurant.
