- Jo was friendly and welcoming, went the extra mile by leaving a birthday card and a bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday
- Although the Watermark was a little bit of a walk back to Oneroa village the taxis were so quick and reasonably priced. Lovely area to walk during day

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. We take all comments seriously and have looked closely at our listing to ensure that it accurately reflects what Watermark Offers. Our facilities are exactly as listed. We have however now highlighted the fact that the studios are self contained, non serviced, that reception is not fully manned and there is not always anyone on site, as is usual for self-contained properties.
