High-end 4.5* rating serviced apartments. Fully furnished and equipped en-suite studios, one, two and three bedroomed apartments with internal laundry. Most apartments have balconies and our higher level floors have great city views. Larger than normal with high acoustic sound rating and fully air-conditioned There is a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY and no noise after 10.00pm. Both policies are strictly enforced. There is a maximum of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior management approval.

- it was raining - not there fault but did offer complimentary umbrella
- parking is expensive but was warned about that as additional fee.
