- We were upgraded for free, room had brand new kitchen and double + king bed.
- car parking is not located on site. you have to drive to it, then walk back. not far, but after the stress of finding motel, didnt want to be driving

- Excellent location, so close to everything (particularly Vector Arena)
- Only one elevator available for 16 floors meaning that as it was busy when we arrived took ages for the lift to come down to reception & then back up
- We thought the street noise could have been reduced (better double glazing perhaps?) but wasn't bad enough to stop us sleeping

- We got upgraded from a queen and foldaway single room to a king and queen double room
- The iPod docking station wouldn't charge iPods unless you held them in a specific place , the stereo didn't work and te reception on the tv was very b
- Great short walk to vector arena and very friendly staff
