- Service...the room service was prompt and the reception staff accomodating
- Maybe the room needed some air fresher and the spa pool water was dirty
- The reception was excellent and let our family stay longer. loved that our family could play tennis and mini golf together.

- just additional cost when travelling as a family with teenage children

- Decor - a bit dated
- TV channels didn't seem to be properly tuned (missing basic channels)... but no biggie
