It is possible to do just about any tour in the region when you are staying at Turtle Cove. Most pick up at our front door. We are located in one of the most remarkable places in the world. See were the ancient rainforests meet the wonder of the Great Barrier Reef right on our doorstep. Current charges for Reef tours are around AUD 175.00 (including GST). Diving is an extra charge. Bookings can be made at the time you reserve your accommodation at Turtle Cove or after you arrive at the Resort.

The rainforests of Tropical North Queensland are amongst the oldest in the world. They are a very fragile environment of stunning beauty and diversity and thoroughly deserve their place on the list of World Heritage sites. Turtle Cove can organise an all-gay rainforest tour. Leaving the resort around 8:30am and, during the course of the day, visit Daintree Village, 10,000 year old World Heritage rainforests and the spectacular sights of Cape Tribulation. You will also come face to face with the residents of the area, the rare cassowary, crocodiles and an abundance of beautiful birdlife.

The cost for the day is currently AUD 195.00 (including GST). Because of the walking involved, a reasonable level of fitness and a stout pair of shoes are needed.

Helicopter sight-seeing trips, SkyRail, Sailing... anything is possible. Just ask us!
