Clean friendly and quiet. Rated by Lonely Planet as 'OUR PICK' for budget accommodation in Hervey Bay... second edition in a row (2007-2011). The Woolshed is an escape from the party circuit. Our rooms are spread out over four buildings situated on one acre of tropical gardens, a fish pond, gum and palm trees. This natural bush setting attracts plenty of wildlife. To socialise and eat check out our rustic common room, it resembles an Aussie Woolshed and is entirely built of wood and oozes character and atmosphere.

- Extra charge on everything, including $10 deposit for use of BBQ
- We stayed in a double room on the corner, and people walking past could see into our room.

- You get free, reliable wifi internet when you book a tour with them.
- Kitchen lights off at about 11 p.m. so no late night snacking/cooking. unless you have a flashlight
- Grocery store Coles is about 20 minutes walk.
