- 20 baht for motorcycle or 20 minute walk to local train station for city.

Dear Guest, Thank you for bringing to my attention the difficulties that you encountered during your recent stay at The Phoenix Hotel. Firstly, please accept my most sincere apologies for your unpleasant experienced about service. I've investigated with my staffs to find out about the unprofessional behaviour. Corrective training has been given to the staff on duty, and I can assure you that appropriate actions have been taken to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
