- The location - so close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street.
- Tiny rooms.
- The staff were all very pleasant.

- Location, you'd be hard pushed to find somewhere cheaper that would be more central.
- The stairs. There is no lift so be prepared to walk up flights of stairs. For me the room was a little stuffy but you can always open the window.
- Cooked breakfast included in the price. That is good value. Other places can charge an extra £10 - £20 for this.
