The hotel is in an area that boasts several centuries-old temples, and lies within 15 minutes of the iconic Night Market, an art-and-craft shopping hub full of local flavors. On Sunday the Thapae Walking Market is available within 20 minutes of the hotel; for a more modern venue, the Central Robinson mall sends a bus to periodically pick up guests from the hotel. Last but not least, a ride by taxi or bus can take you in 15 minutes to Nimmanhemin Street, where you will find curio shops, specialist eateries, galleries, small tailors, and much more to explore for the adventurous and artistic.
Further afield are the Chiang Mai Zoo and Aquarium, the Chiang Mai Night Safari, Maesa Elephant Camp, and the Chiang Mai National Museum, all of which can be reached in no more than 40 minutes (often less) by taxi or bus.
