  • Location and the place was really warm and comfy
  • Way over priced for what it is. If the big Spa was private (as was alluded to) it would make it so much better
  • Make sure you don't stay here for the big Spa, it's not private.

Feedback is most appreciated. We are very conscious of our pricing, and have not raised our prices in 8 years, despite facing dramatically increased costs. Also of note is that of our more than 70 reviews on a major travel portal, we have not had feedback that indicates our pricing is out of line. We are well suited to those who are looking for something a bit more interactive than a hotel experience - for example we love to share happy hour conversations with guests over complimentary drinks.
