- Location
- My carpet was wet in my room which was ok they moved me straight away but then my new room had a running toilet and I didn't want to complain again.
- It was close to a shopping mall

- mix up with bill for breakfasts and not being told how to use the card in the elevator to get to our floor

- Amazing service, really comfortable bed, peakaboo views darling harbour
- I didn't realise hotel didn't have it's own parking and Sydney traffic is hectic, this was all good once realised and used their vallet parking
- Beautiful 10 min walk to darling harbour. Overall great location
