- Shuttle bus to airport
- Bath was badly chipped & washbasin not in good condition. The bathroom really requires refurbishing. The skirting board was hanging off the wall
- The earliest time for breakfast is 6:30am, so guests with early morning flights, leaving the hotel on the 6:00am shuttle bus cannot get any breakfast

- they didn't have check in information, had to wait 40mins approx to check in and the service was average
- walls too thin - the person next door was on phone call all through night, was like he was in the room, had 2 hours sleep
