- Beautiful surroundings in the old part of town, central for shops, parks and entertainment. Every apartment has alovely balcony or courtyard.
- Cook Park is about a 5 minute drive away and is a must to visit. Beautiful scenery in a beautiful town. Well worth a visit. Orange is stunning.

- Heater was much needed and I liked the onsite parking.
- Much older than the pictures portray and you have to remove your own trash from the room. What do they pay housekeeping for?
- 50L water tank for showers is not enough.

- Quiet and good size rooms
- Quite hard to find, especially at night as set back from street and signage is also set back. You only see it when right on it.
