- Dirty towels left in bathroom and stale smell
- Absurd charge for lost key!!!!
Lock has to be replaced on site by a locksmith if the key is lost. The fee (call out fee and lock replacement) is charged by locksmith, not by us.

Hi, we do have 8 foxtel channels and it is FREE. I am sorry you didn't know this. Foxtel channels are on the analog TV (not digital TV) so you need to select it from your TV remote control. I could help you if you ask me at the reception.
