- Efficiency of check-in. Nothing too much trouble.
- Air lock causing door to bang when doors are opened in the hallway. Easy fix.
- Close to South City mall, Cassel & Sons pizzeria, Town Ball pub, and bus interchange. Easy walk to Botanic Gardens and city centre.
