- The location. You couldn't get closer to the town if you tried
- Could use a bit of cover out the back in case of rain
- The big backyard was an extra bonus

- Location was excellent. Very tired house but comfortable.
- Bedrooms are right on a noisy street with noisy pedestrians.
- Great for large groups looking for space and convenience.
The downfall is, it's on the main drag, but that's why it is so convenient and close to everything. We've just completed a bit of a refurb, so hopefully the houses are more comfortable and not as tired .
