- Close to Airport.
- Entrance and lobby look great. Terrible CLUB room (Don't spend the extra money). Very dated hallways, carpet, wallpaper.
- A joke for the money. Go to one of the more modern hotels nearby. Holiday Inn,Sofitel, Double-tree by Hilton or Travelodge.

- close to Heathrow Airport
- Staff appeared disinterested. Did not read my booking options and gave me wrong bedding configuration. Had to return to reception and argue for room .
- no assistance with bags. Really felt like booking through wotif meant they didn't need to provide same level of service.

- Service from all staff was fabulous, friendly, helpful and professional whilst not being invassive
- Bedroom decor a little tired but room very clean
- Free bus service from LHR to stop very short walk from hotel
