Samford Lakes Accommodation is set on 40 acres of beautiful countryside surrounding its own lake. Luxury cottages, all with excellent views of the lake, can accommodate couples, families or groups of friends. The historic village of Samford is only a short 5 minute drive away where you will find excellent restaurants, takeaways, supermarket, a museum and quaint little shops.
If you prefer to cook on site, take advantage of our stunning outdoor entertainment area by the pool, which has an outdoor kitchen with full fridge, BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven.

Whether you want a rigorous holiday of bush walking or a relaxing few days of beauty treatments, spas, wining and dining, it is all here on your doorstep. You choose the length of your stay and the pace!
Bush walkers are spoiled for choice, explore Samford Forest Reserve and Bunyaville Forest Reserve, home to the spotted gum found only in the Brisbane area. Enjoy the walking tracks of Brisbane Forest Park, or have a leisurely BBQ at Jolly's Lookout, with it beautiful views over Samford Valley to Moreton Bay. On a clear day you can see across the D'Aguilar Range to the Glass House Mountains. From here, you can take a scenic drive along Northbrook parkways and enjoy the views of the mighty Wivenhoe Dam.
Take a drive to Mount Nebo, or follow the steep winding road to Mt Glorious, a favourite with motorcyclists. Have breakfast or lunch at one of the local cafes.
Visit Samford Museum where you can watch the blacksmith at work or Lyell Deer Farm where you can hand feed the animals and purchase some locally made gifts, souvenirs and native craft supplies.
The more adventurous can join in the action at the Skirmish Paintball Action Centre (must be aged 15 and over)
Birdwatchers will be in paradise with the abundance of native birds, you may even be lucky enough to see the black swans that so often make Samford Lakes their home.
