- The location
- Rooms are tired and the bathroom was rundown my bathroom at home was better!customer service was average and he was the duty manager.

- The location was great and the view was lovely.
- It was freezing! The air in the room was icy & the heater was useless. Not what you expect from a premium hotel! Better bedding & more blankets needed
- Definitely have a fergburger when you're in town, and a 4WD tour around the area is a must!

- Location
- Beds were extremely uncomfortable even the kids had sore backs
- The staff barely acknowedged that we were checking in or out and we didnt see them any other time. Not even to make the beds totally useless
