| Roseneath is a large sandstone home in very spacious, sunfilled and secluded gardens (2000m²). It is situated on the sunny eastern shore 5 minutes by car from the CBD and Salamanca (3.5 kms) and 10 minutes from the airport.
From Roseneath there are spectacular views over the Derwent River, the Tasman Bridge, to Mount Wellington and to Hobart nestled at the foot of Mount Wellington.
Accommodation comprises 4 in-house rooms and 1 self-contained studio/unit. In-house guests have the following facilities: log fire in winter in the guest lounge and a sunny conservatory.
