Located on an Etruscan street which is still possible to see the old pavements, the hotel-residence is located in Tuscany in the heart of Florentine Chianti shire in a little village named Passo Dei Pecorai (Pass of the shepherds).
The oldest building comes from the XVII century, here part of rooms and all the apartments are located. In total there are 11 rooms and 7 apartments in different size. The style is Tuscan traditional and absolutely informal. In the new building close by, there is the restaurant and the rest of the rooms.
