The residence was completely renovated from 4 original bourgeois houses and was thus created an unusually complex solved in a peaceful part of the historical city centre. The buildings are historically protected and their interiors preserved many original architectural features. Our designers put their big effort into combination of modern comfort with practical style solutions. Luxury living and comfortable home environment did not harm the unique historical atmosphere of the complex. Each apartment is fully equipped, including a kitchen with all amenities you may need.

Ceské Budejovice is a frequent destination for tourists, has many valuable historical monuments and is a natural attractive tourist center of South Bohemia. The biggest tourist attractions are concentrated in urban conservation area in the historic center (Piarist Square, Dominican monastery church of the Virgin Mary, the square of Premysl Otakar II. with the Samson fountain and city hall, the Black Tower, the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, etc.). In the city, there is also the South Bohemian Museum, Southbohemian motorcycle museum, Museum of Czech Budvar Budejovice and the Museum of energy. Nearby Budejovice lies Hluboká nad Vltavou with one of the most famous Czech castles. Significant is also the former mining town Rudolfov with a nature trail around the village and Dobrá Voda with Baroque church.
