- Location in The Rocks is very central but out of the way from hustle and bustle. Was nice to come back and close the door on the noise of a big city
- Staff were great however didn't seem to know all details of our booking ie that we had requested a balcony and parking included in our room rate.

- Small and awkward to use bathroom, issues with fold out beds for kids, resloved promplty by staff.
