- Location & service. Excellent restaurant for dinner.
- No window blinds in the bathroom that we had although it had frosted glass it was uncomfortable to shower as office workers could see into the shower.
- excellent location for Flinders Street railway station, Yarra river and Exhibition Centre (Jeff's Shed)

- Being able to stay in the beautiful Hotel after the Football & having a fabulous sleep/sleep in. What a treat.
- Absolutely nothing
