- location - proximity to Wategoes beach
- Tired, old rundown accomodation that was no better than an upmarket backpackers hostel. Noisy both internally and neighbourhood. Dirty and unkept.
- The standard of the premises were misrepresented both on the Wotif site and hotel site. This is most certainly not a premium standard hotel
