- Great view of mcg area
- no hot water and wasn't told on check in, we were phoned and told and asked if we wanted to move to essendon, were promised refund, & don't have it

- Close to everything, great restaurants,cafes and free tram stop soo close.
- Sofitel across the lane and garbage pickups early morning, suggest higher floors than 3rd, double glazing may help, everything else great.
